VoIP Support Engineer
General responsibilities will include:
- Assist carrier customers with configuration and protocol communications issues. General end-user software includes Asterisk, MERA, SER, FreeSwitch, etc.
- Monitor server application logs and use those logs to determine connection problems for clients.
- Training will be provided.
Qualifications:
- Clear communication
- Extremely attentive to detail
- General understanding of VoIP
- Proficient with computers and experience with Linux operating systems
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
