Currently, the below positions are available in our Greenwich, CT office.

VoIP Support Engineer

General responsibilities will include:

  1. Assist carrier customers with configuration and protocol communications issues. General end-user software includes Asterisk, MERA, SER, FreeSwitch, etc.
  2. Monitor server application logs and use those logs to determine connection problems for clients.
  3. Training will be provided.

Qualifications:

  1. Clear communication
  2. Extremely attentive to detail
  3. General understanding of VoIP
  4. Proficient with computers and experience with Linux operating systems
  5. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
