Android IM Client and Free Calling
May 2, 2012 by iCall Team Member

I am just so excited that I can't hold it in any longer. iCall is about to go live on Google Android! We are so excited because Android is such a fast growing market, but we have an even bigger reason to be excited... Android rounds out iCall's platform support and makes iCall available on every major desktop and mobile operating system.
If you have smartphone A.D.D. and keep flopping between iPhone and Android, or if you keep switching carriers, iCall is a fantastic solution to solve your "new phone number woes" and iCall can cure the "gee I wish my Instant Messenger worked on all my platforms" blues.
Google, Apple and Microsoft will be duking it out for the foreseeable future and they don't want you to be able to move easily away from their platform.
Sure Apple has Facetime, but facetime doesnt work on Windows or Android.
Sure Google offers Google Voice, but if you switch over to an iPhone, suddenly it's not quite as useful.
iCall offers a great way for you to avoid the "the mobile platforms are evolving so quickly that I can't keep up" doldrums.
So stay tuned for the beta announcement when you can finally download iCall for Android, the best IM and Free calling app for every platform!
P.S. iCall for the iPhone will offer video chat really soon.
P.P.S. iCall for Android will offer it too just a few weeks later.
